Big Nate Makes The Grade

I just finished reading this book "Big Nate Makes The Grade" and its about a boy "Nate" and in school he is always getting in trouble.The reason he always is getting in trouble for is because he talks wrong about teachers and most of the times he gets caught.When the book starts he is competing with a girl "Gina" his rival for long time however at the beginning of the book Nate also wanted to buy a knew pair of socks because his lucky socks where very dirty and it was kind of funny when that happened because he would go up to people and ask them if they had lucky socks and he would show them his dirty socks.He also plays chest and he is very good at it almost at the end of the book he starts playing chest against 'supposedly very good players" but they weren't nothing for Nate,before he started his game there was a boy "Artur" and he lost a game but he was on Nate's team but Nate did not see him as a teammate he saw him as his competition however Arur was a good kid one time in the book Nate tried to make him say bad things about teachers but Artur was not the kind of bad kid he more educated then Nate.At the end of the book its prank day and Nate was going to prank people at school but his dad took away all his stuff for pranks and then at school he pranked a couple teachers it was really funny how he disappeared the principals car after school ended he went back home and his told him to make a checklist of what he was going to do over the summer he did not wright it and he just whent running out side to enjoy his summer.The End    

Big Nate Makes The Grade

I am reading this book "Big Nate makes The Grade" and so far I been reading it I think its a really good book its about a boy named Nate and I think he is in middle school and theirs going to be a school treasurer election and he wanted to be part of it just to try to be better then this girl named Gina who was better then him at everything.However he didn't win but in school he is always getting him self in trouble and in one part of the book he is going over school old year books and they start making fun of people for how they used to look he got in trouble for that to.However I think you should read this book it is a really good book and its funny to.  

Workers' Rights

The article talked about how people who work at "Nike" (or also known as "Swoosh") are not being well paid or treated fairly.Nike started back in 1964 and they only had two manufacturers where they made shoes for us.Back in 1964 Nike was not that bad,26 years later this started to happen sweat fabrics started exploiting people to work treating them badly.Nike's willingness to let their workers be treated poorly is unacceptable especially when the company in 2012 made a profit of $2.2 billion.Nike makes lavish deals with athletes. Lebron James got a Nike endorsement deal worth $90 million,and Tiger Woods got a deal worth $100 million. While James and Woods deserve to be recognized for their talent, their lavish payments are sorely needed by the Nike factory Workers 

The poem the Sweat Shop talks about the life of one person who works day by day in a factory. He works so much he dos not even have time for himself.  I think he is always feeling down because in the poem it said "My self is destroyed,I become a machine I work and Work and work endlessly, I create and create and create for whom? why? I don't ask. What business has a machine thinking".The way I think it was different reading the poem from the article was, that in the article its not talking about one person its talking about hundreds of persons or even more.In the poem it talks about a person who works day by day hours and hours and dos not even have time for himself.         

Call Of Duty

I just finished reading this article named Call Of Duty and I think its a really nice article because there are some video games that i play that are named like this and it started making me think if the game is based on this article?
I think its a very nice article because after Jose was hurt by that boomed that made him lose his legs his friend (his Dog) stayed by his side and then a helicopter rescued them after this.
Then when Jose was back home with out his dog and he knew that someone else had it and he felt jealous. Later he claimed his dog and got it back he was so happy he wouldn't stop smiling.He got lucky because he got his dog back not much soldiers who go back home cause they get injured or something happens to them,They do not get there dogs back.  

Lost and Found

I just finished reading this book named 'The Lost and Found' and in this book the main character is having a person vs person conflict Jamme dos not want Bobby to go out with her sister and Bobby slapped Darcy and thats they got in to a fight think its a really good book because it talks about a family who grow up with out there dad.At the end of the book the missing father comes back because Darcy the little sister got lost.

So far I been reading it I think its a good book its about a girl and name is Darcy Wills at her school she meets a guy named Bobby.This guy made her steal things for him and then people where spreading rumors about how stupid she was cause she was stealing for Bobby. Her sister named Jamme told her the same things but Darcy said there where just rumors.Then the day before when she was crying she herd her break something in her room.Later when she cam out of her room her older sister came inside and looked in the trash can and found a picture of the kid that her sister used to like his name was Bobby and when she broke up with him it was because he hit her and her sister sister got mad and started telling her things and she started crying so then she left her house but she came back later.

The Fallen

I just finished reading this book named The Fallen. I feel that its a very good book because it talks about a teenager. The main character named Martin who is involved with gangs. One day his little brother gets shot and dies. When his brother dies he started hanging out with criminals. He never knew that he was friends with his little brother's killer. They wanted him to start doing bad things they wanted him to do things for the crew.The police caught him and they interrogated him he didn't want to say nothing to the police because he cant trust the police about what he did or about what he was about to do.Then at school he got in to a fight and he accidentally hit a teacher so he got banded from that school.At school he met a girl and when he got kicked out of that school and the girl visited him ti his house and they started talking about his little brother.After this his old friends from the crew came to his house and tried to beat him up but one of them helped him and he called the police and they cached the criminals then his mom came home all worried about him but he was okay.I think after the book end's Martin continues his school and gets a girlfriend.

Greg is a kid who's in school and suddenly finds him self dealing with pressure of boys and girls party's.His best friend name is Rowley  butt they got in a fight so Greg didn't talk to Rowley for some reason
